For more than 28 years, Julia has had a distinguished career serving large and complex federal clients and has served as a senior advisor / specialist in IT, security, systems integration and risk planning and mitigation.
She is frequently sought out by executive-level government leaders for advisory on technology and engineering trends in government IT, security and the dynamics of the shifts shaping the future of federal and public workplace technology.
Julia is a decorated military veteran having served in both Operation Desert Shield (1990) and Operation Desert Storm (1991). Throughout her illustrious military career, she received numerous medals including the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal (2 Bronze Stars), the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, Kuwait the Liberation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Ribbon, the Good Conduct Medal.
Julia earned a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. She is married to a U.S Navy Retiree and has three children, two of which are active duty U.S. Army.
