Honor
Julia is a decorated military veteran having served in both Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Throughout her illustrious military career, she received numerous medals including the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal (2 Bronze Stars), the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, the Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Good Conduct Medal.

For more than 28 years, Julia has had a distinguished career serving large and complex federal clients as a senior advisor and IT specialist.
Family
Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. Committed to a life of patriotism and servanthood, Julia, together with her spouse (a retired U.S. Navy member) and their two sons, embodies a deep sense of pride, dignity, and honor in their ongoing service to the United States. Their eldest son, an Army Veteran, specializes in systems administration and cyber threat intelligence. Meanwhile, their youngest son is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer and information systems, with a concentration in cybersecurity, all while excelling as a college athlete.
